Diplomas are designed to help young people develop the knowledge and skills employers and universities want.

Our Project and Experience:

The Weymouth project was great because we created individual canvas boards and presented our work in an exhibition. Our work experience at the Press Association gave us a chance to be able to develop this website and gain skills to hold a press conference.

Weymouth College:

Weymouth College FE has been chosen to host the sailing events for the 2012 Olympic Games because of its location and excellent facilities on the beautiful and unique Jurassic coast.

The London Borough of Newham is one of the first London boroughs to offer students an opportunity to take part in the new diplomas. In Newham the diplomas are being delivered by the 14-19 Partnership to students in Years 10 and 11, and to those who are 16 and over at sixth form and FE colleges.
